Are you an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator looking for an immediate start with a brilliant organisation?
We are delighted to be supporting a well-established Business in the search for an HR Assistant to join their team temporarily for an initial two months, with the potential to extend.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to provide valuable support to the HR team, clear a backlog of outstanding work, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Role
Working closely with the HR team, you will provide essential administrative support, including:

• Supporting with a backlog of general HR administration from previous HR teams.
• Completing high volumes of accurate data entry and maintaining HR records.
• Filing and organising employee documentation.
• Chasing references and following up outstanding information.
• Checking and photocopying IDs, certificates and other employee documentation.
• Assisting with general HR administration and ensuring records are kept up to date.
• Providing additional administrative support to the HR team as required.
• Helping to maintain an organised and efficient HR function during a period of transition.

About You
You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in an HR, personnel or general administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confidence working with confidential employee information.
• A methodical approach to data entry, filing and record keeping.
• The ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and confidence chasing outstanding information when required.
