Class 2 Driver - Alfreton

Gi Group is recruiting dependable Class 2 Drivers to support a respected local freight operator in Alfreton. If you''re safety-focused, efficient across varied routes, and deliver great customer service, we''d like to hear from you.

Key details

• Location: Alfreton
• Shifts: Various available - usually AM starts
• Pay rate: -16.81 - -26.89 per hour (dependant on shift)

What you''ll need

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (DIGI) card
• Minimum 12 months'' Class 2 driving experience
• Clean driving record (max 6 penalty points, subject to endorsement codes)

Your role

• Deliver palletised goods to multiple customer sites
• 10-12 local drops per shift
• Work in line with health & safety and transport compliance standards
• Provide a professional, customer-first service at every drop

What we''re looking for

• Reliable and able to work independently to deadlines
• Confident driving Class 2 vehicles across different routes and sites
• Basic IT skills and a strong, polite customer manner
