The Technician/ Fitter will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet company standards. Responsibilities Carry out all mechanical work to HGV Tipper lorry''s (Scania, Volvo, DAF fleet) ensuring they are road worthy and fit for purpose Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate with team members to improve processes and resolve any issues that arise during production. Skills Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Solid mechanical knowledge, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
