We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Facades and Cladding Division at Guildmore. This is an office-based role (Bromley), with visits to site 1-2 times a week, so the ideal candidate must be able to work in periodically demanding site conditions and be motivated to overcome unpredictable challenges. You will be leading and managing the entire quantity surveying process for construction projects, performing cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control. You will also be preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, tenders, and contract documents. Your role will also involve monitoring project progress and financial performance, implementing best practices in quantity surveying and project management, and mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members. It would be beneficial if you have experience in Facades and Cladding, though this is not essential. In return, we provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
