Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Administrator based in Biggleswade for a multinational engineering company.Summary of the HR Administrator role Salary: up to £30,000 per annumLocation: BiggleswadeType of Contract: 12 Month fixed term contractHours: 40 hour working week Monday FridayResponsibilities of the HR Administrator: Produce and update HR reports, including absence reports, annual leave and labour turnover.Work on HR projects.Create and maintain employee files.Produce contracts and update details for employees and new starters.Support with the interview process and documentation.Ensure HR systems are up to date. Requirements for a successful HR Administrator: Previous HR admin experience.CIPD level 3 qualified would be advantageous.Good working knowledge of apprentices and the apprenticeship levy.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Good IT skills with proficiency with HR systems and reports.
