Job Title - Field Service Team Leader

Location - Warrington, Cheshire

Salary: £37,000 - £43,000

Shift: Monday to Friday Days (40 Hours)

Job Role:

We''re looking for a hands-on Field Service Team Leader to oversee a team of mobile engineers delivering first-class maintenance and repair services across a varied fleet of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

This is a pivotal leadership role where you''ll combine strong technical knowledge with effective people management. You''ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day field service operations, planning engineer workloads, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring all servicing, maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards at customer sites.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll lead from the front - providing technical support, driving productivity, maintaining service quality, and helping create a positive, high-performing field service culture.

Sector - Workshop Engineering

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Field Service Team Leader:

• Hands on Engineering/Maintenance Experience

Requirements of Field Service Team Leader:

• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV''s or industrial Vehicles.
• Leadership or management experience
• Have hands-on experience in the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.

Desirable Requirements of Field Service Team Leader:

• Previously held a role as a Field Service Team Leader
