Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will provide essential legal and administrative support across a varied caseload covering childcare, adult social care and education matters. Key Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support to solicitors managing social care and education cases. Assist with public law pre-proceedings, care proceedings, Court of Protection matters and SEND Tribunals. Draft court applications, legal documents and correspondence to a high standard. Liaise with clients, courts, counsel, experts, partner agencies and other professionals. Request, collate and manage witness statements, disclosure materials and court documentation. Assist with the preparation, filing and service of court bundles. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and departmental procedures.
