Your Role:

As a Primary LSA, you will:

• Support pupils in and out of the classroom with both learning and well-being
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Assist teachers in delivering creative and accessible lessons
• Be a reliable, caring presence who celebrates every child’s progress

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children
• The ability to build strong, respectful relationships with pupils and staff
• Patience, positivity, and a flexible approach to daily challenges
• Previous experience is welcome, but not essential—your attitude is what matters most
