A major UK financial services organisation is seeking a visionary Head of Data Engineering to lead and scale its enterprise-wide data platforms. Youll drive the design and delivery of modern data solutions across cloud, analytics, and core banking systems andmdash; enabling smarter decisions, customer innovation, and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop high-performing data engineering teams

Architect scalable, secure data pipelines and platforms (Azure, Databricks, etc.)

Partner with product, risk, and tech leaders to deliver data-driven outcomes

Champion best practices in data governance, quality, and DevOps
