Role: Freelance Site Manager

Job: High End School, Carpentry Finishes

Responsibilties: 

• Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence ti timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications

Location: Horsham

Start Date: 30th March

Duration: 3 weeks

Days: Monday to Friday 

Hours: 7:30-4:30

Rate: £260 a day

Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Enhanced DBS
