The Role Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Mechanical Estimator to join their commercial team. Working alongside an established Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for compiling the mechanical elements of combined MandE tenders. This role focuses solely on mechanical building services, including HVAC, BCW, LTHW, pipework, ventilation, plumbing, and associated systems. You will play a key role in securing new projects and supporting the company s continued and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Reviewing and interpreting tender documentation, specifications, schedules, and design drawings Producing accurate material and labour take-offs for mechanical systems including HVAC, LTHW, BCW, plumbing, and ventilation Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and pricing schedules Requesting, sourcing, and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations Supporting bid development, including proposals, clarifications, and value engineering options Assessing project risks and cost impacts to deliver commercially robust ..... full job details .....
