The Client Our client is at the fore front of the subcontract precision engineering sector. Due to growth, they now require a Quality Inspector. The Role: Use inspection equipment such as verniers, micrometers, PI tapes. Inspection of goods in, goods out, subcontract work and all purchased parts. Magnetic Particle Inspection. In process and finished goods inspection. Process auditing. Calibration of measuring equipment. Signing first and last inspection reports. Reporting of non-conforming parts. Working 4-day week, 37 hours Monday-Thursday. Will include nights one in 4 weeks 22.68 per hour for this. The Person: Previous inspection experience essential. Use of measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, thickness and echo meters. Proven ability to work accurately and with attention to detail. Self-motivated. Good communication skills.
