Supporting your mental and physical well-being.Your Role as a Support Worker:Deliver person-centred care , supporting independence and well-being.Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.Create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment

for those we support.Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.Accurately document activities

and follow safeguarding procedures.What You’ll Need:Experience in care

(Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but

not essential .Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care

(or willingness to train).Compassion, patience and a caring nature
