Their objectives are:To protect and promote the financial soundness of regulated clubs.To protect and promote the financial resilience of English football.To safeguard the heritage of English football.On a day-to-day basis, they will supervise clubs against a licensing regime, set standards for clubs, and monitor, protect and promote financial resilience. The organisation has significant powers under the Football Governance Act and, if necessary, will use powers to enforce compliance on financial regulation, club owners and directors, fan engagement and heritage protection.Job DescriptionThe Primary Responsibilities Include:Provide high quality financial advice and timely financial management data, information and analysis to stakeholders to support good decision making.Develop monthly reporting tools to facilitate productive discussions with budget holders.Provide advice and guidance on all financial matters as necessary, from accounting to budgeting, across teams.Support Budget Holders through the budgeting process, and in-year budget review / re-prioritisation exercises.Support procurement in development and scrutiny of business cases, providing expert advice ..... full job details .....
