HR Manager Birmingham - hybrid working 45,000 - 50,000 Full-time, permanent We are seeking an experienced and engaging HR Manager to join a growing organisation and take ownership of the day-to-day HR function. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role, ideal for a HR professional who enjoys working within a small-medium organisation and making a genuine impact on culture, employee engagement and business performance. You will provide trusted HR support and guidance across all levels of the business while managing a small HR and administration team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the HR team, overseeing recruitment, employee development, performance and wellbeing. Provide expert HR guidance to managers across areas including capability, conduct, absence and employee relations. Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant with UK employment legislation and ACAS guidance. Lead onboarding, induction, employee engagement, progress and exit interviews. Develop and deliver training and development programmes, including sector-specific training. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and organisational performance. Manage HR budgets, headcount, reward, benefits and support monthly payroll administration. Champion employee wellbeing, inclusion and a positive workplace culture.
