You will spend your days hitting the road in an Autosmart showroom, shoulder to shoulder with our franchisees, coaching them to grow their business in 2025 and beyond. We have a proven, simple, and effective sales model that underpins our franchisee sales coaching methodology. You will use this to show them how to sell our extensive range of easy to use, long-lasting, cost-effective, professional-grade vehicle cleaning products, to both new and existing customers. With a robust business model, with over 45 years success, we know how to coach and develop high achieving salespeople. From day one you will be provided with a structured training plan specifically tailored to you and lots of practical support. We are committed to developing your sales and commercial business skills, while becoming part of Autosmart s next generation of Regional Business Managers. Please note this role will be covering the North West region of the UK and will include frequent overnight stays.
