Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 Inclusive of shift allowance + Great benefits package Week 1 - 5:15am-14:00pm Week 2 - 14:00pm -22:30pm We are looking for a reliable trades person who will help keep our client''s site running smoothly avoiding any disruption to business. This role is site based, you will be in Witham - and will cover multiple buildings based next to each other. You will be the first point of call for staff to report maintenance issues, and will oversee the day to day operations of the site, including equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, routine repairs and equipment upgrades and to maintain maintenance logs and reports. You will be a DIY expert, someone who can fix, problem solve and who has a good attention to detail. Experience with plumbing, electricity, basic carpentry - all of it will come in use. You do not need to have formal qualifications in electrical work, however this would be an advantage. Experience with maintaining air conditioning units also an advantage - but not essential!
