Complex Needs Outreach Tutor March 2026 Start in LancashireAbout the OpportunityProspero Teaching is currently looking for an experienced Outreach Tutor to deliver 1:1, bespoke education for young people with complex needs in Lancashire, starting in March 2026. This role focuses on working with students who are unable to attend school and require tailored learning support.As an Outreach Tutor, you will design and deliver personalised lessons with a strong focus on core subjects such as English and Maths. Many of the students you support may have significant additional needs, requiring full adult care, including assistance with mobility or the use of wheelchairs.This role is ideal for a tutor with a passion for inclusive education, who can adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Experience with communication systems such as Makaton and PECS is highly desirable but not essential.In this role, you''ll help reintroduce structure and routine into the students day, promoting both academic and life skills development.
