They re looking for someone with a well-rounded leadership skillset, and with hands-on technical competency (cyber security, systems architecture or similar), to drive their complex IT strategy forward. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week required to work from Devon-based offices, starting from April 2026. As Head of IT, Transformation and Innovation, you will be responsible for the whole of IT BAU and projects with a particular emphasis on providing hands-on leadership surrounding technical projects, some of which are already in-flight. You will contribute to the corporate plans for technology, digital, data and systems, as well as the cyber security and business continuity strategy. You will plan and execute the future technology organisational structure and deepen the understanding, state-of-play and opportunities of further digitalisation and connectivity for the business.
