Relationship Manager- Asset Finance Construction and Recycling Hybrid £50k- £70k plus Bonus The Role The Relationship Manager (RM) will drive business growth, while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with SME customers and key industry stakeholders. This role requires delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving agreed sales targets through a proactive sales approach. The role holder will work closely with the Operations Manager and administrative team to ensure seamless deal execution and a high standard of customer service. This is a field-based role with an expectation for regular travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities as required. Excellent self-management, strategic planning and a disciplined approach to customer engagement are essential. The RM will develop and execute a personal contact strategy to maximise opportunities. Responsibilities: Sales Proactively identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to foster repeat business.
