We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a well-established company based in Stansted on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with an early finish of 4.30pm on Fridays. This is a fully office-based role with free parking on-site. Duties will include but not be limited to: Handling customer accounts and maintaining customer recordsEntering bank payments and receiptsChasing overdue payments via telephone and emailFiling and approving invoicesPerforming daily and monthly bank reconciliationsSupporting the Accounts team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required To be successful for this position, you must have excellent communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise to deadlines. This opportunity will pay you a salary of 24-24.5k Per Annum DOE.
