As the Pipefitter Instructor you will provide support to the delivery of training across Coppersmith/Pipefitter skills area within Skill of Hand Training group. Role: Pipefitter Instructor Location: Portsmouth Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 Salary: 39.000 - 41,000Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.Responsibilities: Provide training on how to fit pipework on ships from a drawing (Fit from design)Teaching Brazing techniquesMaintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues within the Marine Engineering Electrical training area.Support trainee development through assessment, feedback, and personalised learning approaches.Maintain and update training materials and contribute to modernising and improving training delivery.Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and safety standards, while maintaining a CPD portfolio.
