Restaurant ManagerEl Alquimista, a new restaurant in the heart of Greenwich, is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join our team.Salary / BenefitsSalary:Up to £40,000 per annumBonus schemeService chargeFree lunchesAbout the role of Restaurant ManagerWe are looking for a Restaurant Manager with experience in British, French and European Cuisine to manage a team of 6 in the Front of house, with high standards.The successful Restaurant Manager candidate:Must have Food Safety and Health and Safety level 2.Will be able to manage the drinks and the food during the service.Control the stock of FOH.Will be happy to work in a team, reporting directly to the operation manager.Will work together with the Head Chef to achieve success.Excellent customer service and attention to detail.Manage floor plan and work together with the receptionist to accommodate all the clients.Familiar with open table, Xero accounting system, Square and Natwest mentor.Will be a team player and happy to interact with the customer.
