The Brand Manager role has the responsibility for leading the brand to deliver strong performance, develop NPD''s, build brand awareness and achieve commercial targets. The role is a pivitol role within the company and is aimed at delivering brand growth and expansion as well as shorter-term initiatives to fuel commercial delivery. Main duties and responsibilities: Identify and develop new growth opportunities for the brand, build the brand awareness distinctiveness and innovation pipelines together with the Sales and Marketing Director. Take ownership for brand sales, profit and market share performance. Ensuring continued drive to hit targets and highlight risks and opportunities as they present themselves. Be the person to make it happen with customers, inspire the buyers in major retailers to list your products, working with category marketing to make persuasive selling stories and trade rationale.
