Job Purpose To produce high-quality printed products using manual and semi-automatic screen-printing equipment, ensuring all work meets customer specifications, company quality standards and production deadlines.The successful candidate will work across a range of printed products including industrial nameplates, labels, decals, signs and bespoke printed components for customers within sectors including aerospace, automotive and manufacturing, using semi-automatic screen-printing equipment and maintains AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards. Key Responsibilities Screen Printing Set up manual and semi-automatic screen-printing machines.Prepare screens, inks and substrates ready for production.Mix inks to customer specifications and colour requirements.Print onto a variety of materials including: Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass, Polycarbonate, Polyester, Vinyl and other plastic substratesEnsure correct registration and colour accuracy.Carry out print runs efficiently whilst maintaining quality standards.Complete first-off inspections before commencing production.
