Are you a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and nurturing primary school? Were looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to join our supportive and hardworking team in the heart of Southminster, Essex.

As a HLTA, you will:
- Support the teaching and learning of pupils across the primary age range (EYFS-KS2)
- Lead small group interventions and cover whole class teaching when required
- Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning
- Help assess pupils progress and contribute to their development

Were looking for someone who:
- Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- Has experience working in a primary school setting
- Is confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom environment
- Is flexible, proactive, and committed to the success of every child
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
