We''re recruiting on behalf of an FE College based in Cambridgeshire for a dynamic and experienced Careers and World of Work Manager to lead their Careers and Work Experience provision. As part of the Student Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high-quality Careers Programme that supports students and apprentices to achieve their aspirations. About the Role: • Lead and manage the Careers and World of Work team to deliver an outstanding service. • Coordinate high-quality impartial advice and guidance for students and apprentices. • Oversee work experience, placements, and employer engagement activities. • Drive the achievement of the Gatsby Benchmarks and continuous improvement of CRC''s Careers Programme. • Collaborate with employers, partners, and external agencies to enhance career and employability opportunities.
