Print Operator | Ink Technician | Printing Operative | Manufacturing Operator

March, Cambridgeshire | Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 7am-3pm / 10am-6pm

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Print Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in March, Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Print Operator, Ink Technician, Printing Operative or candidate with ink, colour matching or print-based experience to join a growing and innovative manufacturing team.

As a Print Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing ink in line with daily production plans.

• Managing press returns and organising materials by colour clusters.

• Placing weekly material orders and booking deliveries using the internal management system.

• Maintaining accurate stock records and preparing for month-end stock counts.

• Replenishing materials and ensuring the ink area complies with hygiene and quality standards.

• Supporting colour correction, troubleshooting and production trials.

• Maintaining colour measurement equipment and producing KPI reports.

We''re looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience working with ink, colour matching or print-based machinery preferred.

• Excellent colour vision and strong attention to detail.

• The ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.

• Permanent, full-time position.

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
