Mobile HVAC Engineer – London – 43 – 48K 

I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a HVAC Engineer to join a growing team within London. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service and maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial and residential clients.
You will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repair, and emergency breakdown support of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a diverse commercial portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC assets including VRV/VRF systems, Splits, Multi-splits, AHUs, and FCUs, Fans, pumps and motors.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on a wide range of heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Ensure all F-Gas records and site logbooks are updated accurately and remain compliant with current legislation.
- Liaise with clients and site managers to provide technical advice and updates on works.
- Utilise mobile PDA software to receive, update, and close out work orders in real-time.
- Participate in the company’s emergency out-of-hours call-out rota.

PACKAGE: 

- salaries from 43K – 48K 
- Van and fuel card (with private use)
- Overtime – 1.5 in week and Saturdays, X2 on Sundays and bank
- Call out rota 1 in 10 - 150 pound standby – 50 pound extra for call and minimum of 4 hours
