Mane are looking for a Plumber needed for 1st and 2nd fix work at Pennyhill park.

The candidate will be working on bathrooms carrying out 1st and 2nd fix work to copper pipes.

1st Fix Duties:

• Installation of hot and cold water supply systems in copper pipework.

• Accurate measuring, cutting, bending, and soldering/brazing copper pipes.

• Pipework layout and routing to bathroom fixtures.

• Installation of waste and drainage systems.

• Ensuring all work complies with building regulations and safety standards.

• Pressure testing pipework before closure.

2nd Fix Duties:

• Connection of copper pipework to sanitaryware and fixtures.

• Installation of baths, showers, toilets, basins, bidets, and high-end bathroom fittings.

• Fitting taps, mixers, flush plates, and other bathroom accessories.

• Final connection of heated towel rails and underfloor heating (if required).

• Checking and commissioning all installations for leaks and performance.
