Contract administration and project oversightTechnical Due Diligence and acquisition surveysCommercial landlord and tenant dilapidationsBuilding pathology and defect diagnosisGeneral commercial building surveying duties at senior/chartered levelAbout You

MRICS qualified with a degree in Building SurveyingExperience in a commercially focused consultancy environmentConfident managing client relationships and leading projectsExcellent report writing and analytical skillsCommercially aware with an interest in business developmentUp-to-date technical knowledge of construction and contractsFull UK driving licenceWhats on Offer
