This is a key appointment within the organisation, reporting directly to the Managing Director. We are seeking an experienced finance leader who can provide both strategic direction and hands-on financial leadership, helping to drive profitability, support growth plans and enhance operational performance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director, providing commercial insight, strategic challenge and financial expertise across all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Provide financial leadership and commercial insight to support decision-making across the organisation. Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring clear visibility of business performance. Deliver high-quality management information and reporting to support operational and strategic objectives. Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
