About you:

• Must hold QTS.
• Will ideally have experience as a year 3 teacher, but experience in other year groups is fine.
• Must be committed to developing children''s confidence, self- esteem, resilience and social skills.
• Must embrace and celebrate diversity and equality.
• Must be able to plan lessons that facilitate problem- solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and abstract thinking too.
• Must be patient and empathetic.
• Must have high standards for behaviour management.
• Must be able to work well independently.
