Key Responsibilities:

  Plan and deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• 
  

  Develop studentsandrsquo; reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills

• 
  

  Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes high standards

• 
  

  Assess and track student progress, providing feedback that supports learning

• 
  

  Contribute to the English departmentandrsquo;s planning and curriculum development

  Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to raise student achievement

Requirements:

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• 
  

  Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3/KS4)

• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum

  Passion for literature, language, and learning

  Excellent communication and organisational skills
