Marketing Director – Relocation to Dubai. We are working with a leading global brand at the centre of youth culture that is looking to hire a Marketing Director to lead on an exciting growth phase for the brand.You will be a strategic leader who is driven as much by trends as data, turning insight into creative ideas that generate love for the brand.Key Responsibilities

Craft and deliver international marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets, tailoring strategies to local cultures and trends while remaining true to the brand.Build, inspire, and energise a high-performing, cross-cultural marketing team, developing capabilities in line with exciting growth plans.Sit as part of the leadership team, work collaboratively with sales, operations, HR, and other core parts of the business.Maintain a deep understanding of youth culture, customer segments, and emerging trends; translate insights into powerful narratives and campaigns.Champion brand consistency across every touchpoint; brand, digital, experiential, partnerships, and beyond.Skills and Experience

Proven experience in B2C marketing (agency and/or in-house)Proven experience leading and building high-performing marketing teams.Strong experience with analytics and AI marketing tools.Experience pushing creative boundaries and coming up with out-of-the-box ideasLocation and Workplace
