As the business transitions to a new state-of-the-art facility, this role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation.Key Responsibilities:Leading the integrated, intelligent and agile supply chain organization focusing on the full SIOP horizon, including execution (0-36 months).Managing a team of Network Schedulers responsible for a value stream in the 0-3 months window and collaborating with Buyers, Material Planners, and Order Managers.Balancing demand and supply for the value stream, managing constraints, allocation, prioritisation rules and critical exceptions in the mid-term.Creating the consensus supply plan to meet demand on-time and in-full, balancing FG inventory and capacity.Managing capacity versus demand, flagging exceptions, and driving solutions in collaboration with operations, warehousing, and procurement.Overseeing replenishment strategy across value streams in line with inventory policy, and conducting regular parameter audits.Updating FG inventory targets and policies in collaboration with SIOP and business teams.Reviewing supply and inventory performance metrics, identifying gaps, and executing improvement action plans.Providing relevant information to divisional SIOP meetings and participating in regional business reviews.Initiating scenario planning to optimise the plan ..... full job details .....
