You will be supporting the sales team in a varied and busy environment checking and uploading multiple documents and contracts onto our client system.We are looking for a candidate who is extremely organised, has high attention to detail and self-motivated. Strong and confident IT skills specifically working on Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.Responsibilities include however, are not limited to:Accurately log and quote contractsProcess and maintain a high volume of information and customer requirementsEnsure all work is accurately logged and meeting all compliance guidelinesLiaise with internal and external customers regarding their contractsSupport the team with pricing, retention and renewal contract related adminResolving queries and issuesAssisting other teams and additional administrative tasks when requiredTo be successful the individual must have strong communication skills, a confident multi-tasker and someone who thrives within a busy team.
