This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the alignment of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability with our business objectives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company''s growth objectives. Establish operational objectives, KPIs, budgets, and improvement plans to support current and future operational needs. Lead capacity planning, operational forecasting, and capital investment planning. Provide clear operational performance reporting, identify risks, and make recommendations to senior leadership. Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement across all operations. Ensure operational compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and manage quality systems specific to our sectors. Develop a high-performance culture, ensuring all operational managers have the necessary support and resources to meet customer needs and improve productivity and profitability.
