Senior Project Manager - FM - NHS - Birmingham £75k. A Senior Project Manager is required to work across 4 operational hospital sites in the West Midlands, you will manage 3 site managers and a project coordinator, delivering the trusts capital plan, £6-9m a year. Working through various projects, energy, new installation, lifecycle, refurbishment, maintenance replacement, You will be responsible for your own PandL.Other tasks will include design phases, managing processes, contract management, finance, invoices, debts managed, contracts created and executed, assessing risks, pricing works, managing compensation events.
