About the Role Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team to deliver engaging, child-centred provision Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and social development At lunchtimes, providing 30 minutes of targeted support for pupils with special educational needs, including Autism and ADHD, while their usual support staff take breaks Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching Assistant studies, or a CACHE qualification Proven experience working in EYFS within a primary school or nursery setting Experience supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism and ADHD A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children Strong communication skills and the ..... full job details .....
