Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branchesWork with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenanciesSupervise tenants maintenance requestsEnsure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirementsVisit properties at least twice a yearOversee refurbishment and other larger worksNegotiate the swift return of depositsDeliver excellent customer service and communicationBuild trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractorsWhat we offer / Benefits
