Reporting to the CFO and leading a team, the role includes:Leading the forecasting, budgeting and planning for the group across a number of business unitsPartnering Regional and Business Unit Leads to drive business performance and facilitate target achievementDevelop and maintain financial models Partner Exec stakeholders incl Board members, delivering insightful analysis and commentary on a variety of ad hoc and BAU based subjects Drive an improved understanding and clarity in project performance and financial understandingVariance analysis including month end commentaryOngoing development and reporting of sales targetsSupporting any acquisition assessment and due diligence plansLeading a team of 6, both in the UK and overseas Required candidate profile experience:A confident, assured, inquisitive and robust personality.
