The Opportunity You ll be responsible for managing kitchen and bathroom sales from enquiry through to completion, working with customers planning considered home-improvement projects. The approach is consultative and professional. Time is taken to understand what the customer actually needs, and solutions are built around what works best for them. Sales are won through knowledge, trust and good service rather than pressure or hard-sell tactics. Alongside retail customers, you ll also have the opportunity to work with trade customers, contractors and housebuilders who use the business to support their own projects, adding depth and variety to the role over time.
