In this role, you would be responsible for managing projects across the companies centers located around Manchester, mentoring and training junior and senior members of staff and would be responsible line management duties and the whole project process.

The ideal IT Lead would have come from a similar background in IT, with leadership and problem solving skills in this field or similar, looking to take on more responsibility and progress their career.

The Role:

• Line management duties
• Mentoring junior and senior members of staff
• Leading a team of IT engineers
• Managing your own projects, solving problems and working independently
• Progression to Head of IT Support

The Person:

• IT support experience at 3rd Line Level or similar
• Ability to lead a team and lead projects
• Driving license
