With an excellent industry reputation and a commitment to engineering excellence, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Engineering to strengthen their team.As Head of Engineering, you will be the technical lead on various engineering projects, collaborating with design, production, and project teams. You will promote best practices, drive continuous improvement, and develop engineering standards and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering activities across multiple projectsDrive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practicesMentor and provide technical guidance to engineering team membersEnsure delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose productsSupport business-wide improvement initiatives with internal teamsIdentify and resolve engineering and design challenges proactivelyReview and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentationRepresent engineering in cross-functional discussions and business strategyIdeal candidates will have experience in project or engineering-focused environments, with exposure to power generation, capital equipment, construction engineering, or similar industries.
