Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer5+ Years'' PQE Peterborough or Stamford HybridI''m recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded regional firm looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to their established Property team.The role:- Permanent, full-time - 37.5 hours per week- Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 (1-hour lunch)- Hybrid working available once settled- Some travel and occasional out-of-hours attendance for networking, meetings and trainingWhat you''ll be doing:- Managing a varied residential caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity- Handling more complex matters such as Shared Ownership, New Builds and Lease Extensions- Progressing files proactively and liaising with all parties to keep transactions moving- Resolving title defects and technical issues- Advising on matters involving personal representatives, attorneys, trusts and matrimonial aspects- Completing post-completion work independently- Ensuring full regulatory compliance- Supporting colleagues with technical input where needed- Building and maintaining strong local professional networksWhat we''re looking for:- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive- Minimum 5 years'' PQE or equivalent relevant experience- Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision- Strong technical conveyancing experience, including complex matters- Commercial awareness and excellent client care skills- Confident ..... full job details .....
