360 Recruitment Consultant

We re looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, supported by a collaborative team and rewarded. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively win new clients via cold calls, networking, marketing, and on-site visits Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships and understand clients hiring needs Candidate Attraction: Advertise jobs, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and maintain a strong talent pipeline Recruitment Cycle: Manage job placements from vacancy brief to offer stage and onboarding Database Maintenance: Keep CRM records accurate and up to date Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver shared targets and celebrate joint success KPI Focus: Drive toward personal and team revenue targets with confidence and accountability Requirements: Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency side strongly preferred) Excellent communication and client relationship skills Confident in sales and business development Strong organisation and time management abilities Target-driven, motivated, and resilient CRM/database experience is a plus Hours of work: Mon to Fri: 8h00 - 17h00, office based, evenings and weekend on call rota What We Offer: Competitive base salary Individual and team commission scheme ( Uncapped) Birthday''s Off Ongoing training and development Clear progression paths (Senior Consultant, Team Lead, etc.) ..... full job details .....
