The Head of Services role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge, helping to shape and develop our services while making a lasting difference in the lives of people facing hardship and homelessness. The Head of Services is responsible for the operational leadership of the charity''s services, ensuring high-quality, safe, person-centred support for people experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, and social exclusion. You will provide leadership and support managers to deliver excellent outcomes for service users and will also contribute to organisational strategy, performance, culture, and sustainability.
