Quantity Surveyor - The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to run varied and interesting refurbsihment contracts as part of a successful commercial team. There is a pathway to progress to Commercial Manager within 6-9 months. You will be responsible for leading the day to day commercial aspects of refurbishment of projects from Estimating through to completion, and will have good knowledge of contracts.
