Engineering Manager – Lead Our UK Engineering Team

Our engineers work close to production and customers, developing tailored solutions used in offshore wind, oil and gas, power generation and heavy industry. Take the lead in developing a strong team culture: responsibility, learning, deliveryBuild rhythm and clarity into how we work – without slowing down what makes us fastTurn customer needs into engineering direction and see it through to delivered resultsImprove how we work: from design documentation to knowledge sharingWork closely with Sales, Operations and Procurement – engineering is part of the solution, not a handoverWhat you bring

5+ years in engineering, including 2+ years in people leadershipMechanical/hydraulic design experience is a plusExperience in fast-paced or customised manufacturing environmentsA hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with strong communication skillsWhy this role matters
